Refund policy

RETURNS

All sales are eligible for store credit only.

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, provided they are:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With all tags attached

To request a return, email contact@zchen.co with your order number.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

After the item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued by email.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Z/Chen reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
